Our first coffee was a collaborative process, from roast to labeling, including some of our dear friends along the way. We proudly introduce you to the offering of Antonio Medina, from Chimaltenango, Guatemala at 1700 meters elevation. A rich and balanced profile with tasting notes of orange zest, graham craker, and baker's chocolate.
